		<description>Yesterday they talked about how few kids take the ACT, and some guy wants to make it mandatory.  First of all, it costs money so mandating the test should mean it has to be free.  Second of all, the guy went on that kids taking it in their junior year weren&#039;t ready for college.  Um, isn&#039;t that why they have to go to junior year the second semester as well, followed by senior year?  Otherwise, why not take the test and go straight to college?  But yeah -- you can&#039;t have the second-highest class sizes and lowest per-pupil spending and then whine about the state of education.</description>
